Restora Homes set out to fix what’s broken in the home energy industry - too many options, too little coordination, and not enough trust. So we built a service that puts homeowners first, making it easy to upgrade to a better system that’s reliable, affordable, and built around you.
But starting with the home doesn’t stop there. Restora Homes believes when enough homes run better, the whole energy system runs better. More room on the grid means more room for small community solar, quiet electric vehicles, and local economic growth. And along the way, Restora Homes will train new workers and scale new technologies.

Tim Grejtak
Founder, CEO
Tim has been building a better energy future ever since he was tinkering with alternative fuel go-karts for class projects in high school and running building efficiency competitions while an undergrad at MIT. Tim brings together program management wisdom from his utility experience at Con Edison, technical development expertise from working at MIT startups, and customer dedication from advising Fortune 500 companies at Lux Research. He has a building analyst – professional certification from Building Performance Institute (ID 5073661), a B.A. in mechanical engineering from MIT, and two issued patents in energy storage technologies.
