From those options, we’ll build a plan with you that’s right for your home.

Once you’re ready, we’ll connect you to the right HVAC, solar, and insulation contractors who can do the job developed in your home energy plan. Thanks to our software, Restora Homes can provide these contractors detailed project descriptions and installation coordination to complete your home energy project quickly and seamlessly.

Our in-person surveys are priced at $500, and while not free like utility-funded efficiency audits, Restora Homes considers a broader set of options unavailable in free home energy audits, like solar and electric appliances. Restora Homes also looks for equipment cost reductions and is there for you during installation to ensure things go smoothly. We make sure you get what you pay for.

Ok, But Why Does This Work?

To change that, Restora Homes recommends heat pumps. Thanks to efficiency investment, these can be sized smaller, saving on upfront and operating costs as well as improving comfort.

In places with high electricity prices, heat pumps may not seem worth it, but incorporating a right-sized rooftop solar system keeps operating costs low for your entire all-electric home without paying for extra generating capacity you don’t need.
